The chillest doctor on Earth! I went to him for a second opinion after the first doctor said I would need surgery. Dr. Thomas said my knee wasn’t that bad off and it would heal on its own. I went to work, drove my car, etc. Fast forward to 5 weeks to today...my knee is healed without surgery! Onto some PT at the gym and I’m good! Thanks, Doc!

Professional and pleasant; knowledgeable

Dr. Craig is very personable, patient, and clear in his explanations. He answered all of my questions in laymen's language. I went to him for followup treatment of painful arthritic knees, seeking another cortisone injection or possible knee replacement surgery. He was not quick to recommend surgery, which I liked about him. He explained the procedure and some of the risks. He offered other options and agreed to recommend other physicians to do the surgery if I decided to have it done out of state. I chose his suggestion to try wearing braces to see if that would help, before pursuing the surgical option. I was fitted in the office and went home with the braces that day. He also prescribed medication to take once daily as needed, so I wouldn't have to take several doses per day of ibuprofen. I wore the braces every day as he said and I only had to take the medication a few times. After wearing the braces daily for several months I tried going without them to my daughter's college graduation in June. I have not worn them since and I no longer have the awful pain I went to see him for. I have avoided surgery for the time being and I have the braces available to me when and if I need them. I highly recommend Dr. Craig.

All of my choices were thoroughly reviewed enabling me to make an informed decision. The front office staff member was professional and efficient. Overall the visit was excellent.

I was not sure what to expect because I did have to wait a while, however, once I met him and his physical assistant they both were extremely nice. Dr. Thomas, asked every question, he explained things so I would understand it, he even got personal and asked about my work and my life. He seemed like he cared. His treatment plan was well thought out and explained. He made me feel like finally a doctor that can help me with my pain. I would definitely recommend Dr. Thomas.
